0260 (1)(a) The sting ray classroom had window cleaner and disinfecant wipes and baby ointment that are not inaccessible to children. 0260 (a)(b) Two storage room doors where not locked during licensing visit. 0260 (5) The storage room was not locked making mainenance and janitorial supplies not inaccessible to children.
